This project consisted of the demolition of the previous fitout, refurbishment and the relocation of staff amenities.

The project, showcases several standout features including an inviting new café, breakout kitchens and booth seating , multi-purpose boardroom with operable walls and multi-floor library.

The new space is now inviting for staff and clients, noting that all meeting rooms have been relocated away from the perimeter.

Cubic Projects expert team assisted with design development, holding several collaborative workshops to ensure design integrity aligned with budget. The project was undertaken in a live environment within a fully tenanted building, meaning careful planning of all works.

With re-designs and value engineering options occurring in parallel to the works, Cubic Projects paid crucial attention to program milestones, meaning the project was completed on time.
